                    Research Abstract

Research in my laboratory focuses on evolutionary genetics of plant systems, with particular emphasis on molecular evolution, population genetics, comparative genomics and epigenomics. We also have ongoing investigations into the genetic mechanism underlying the adaptation of E. coli to thermal stress.
