                            Choreographer, artistic director, interactive performance designer and educator. Lisa earned her M.F.A. and Ph.D. from New York University.  Her choreography has been presented in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia, and South and North America. In 2009,
she founded DTM2 Improvisation Ensemble (DTM2 represents Dance, Theatre, Music and
Media), a movement ensemble with performances in Italy, Spain, China and New York. Was awarded the Overseas Teacher Artist Award at Shanghai University and commissioned as the first American choreographer to present at the Shanghai International Dance Center. In 2023 and 2024 her choreography on film was recognized by Women in Dance Leadership for presentation in Japan and Los Angeles. Currently working on a commissioned project for the National Academy of Dance in Rome, Italy. Since Covid-19, Lisa has been training as Research Psychoanalyst and relationship with somatic practices.
