The Order of Don Quijote recognizes exceptional and meritorious service in the fields of Hispanic scholarship, the teaching of Spanish, and the promotion of good relations between English-speaking countries and those of Spanish speech. Research Abstract
I work on a wide selection of topics on modern and contemporary literature and culture. My main emphasis is modern fiction both from a theoretical and analytical perspective. In addition I work on contemporary European film, critical theory, and cultural criticism. In addition to my works on criticism, I have published four novels and I work on creative writing.
