Research Abstract
My research focuses on the theoretical aspects of gene regulation, from proving mathematical results about the dynamical behavior of specific network topologies, to modeling special systems in collaboration with experimental biologists. My previous biological collaborations include work on signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, neuroscience, and cancer biology.
