Abstract 		Briefly, my research topics include:

1. Immunology/Infections

· Dynamics of CTL responses to viral infections
· Immunological memory
· Mouse models of virus infections, especially LCMV
· HIV dynamics and disease progression
· HCV and HBV
· Treatment of immunosuppressive infections such as HIV


2. Cancer

· Somatic evolution of cells in carcinogenesis
· Genetic instability
· Stem cell dynamics
· Cancer and aging
· Drug resistance against small molecule inhibitors
· CML and treatment with Imatinib
· Using replicating oncolytic viruses to treat cancer
· Immune responses to cancer
