Abstract
Dr. Hsu is active in the area of remote sensing of precipitation and hydrologic system modeling. He is interested in the applcaition of artificial intelligent and remote sensing techniques in the decision making of hydrologic process.

Dr. Hsu’s research has been in the estimation of precipitation from satellite and in situ (radar and gauge) measurements. He is also working on the projects related to the watershed modeling using remote sensing information and uncertainty analysis of hydroligc systems.

He is an active member in the Center for Hydrology & Remote Sensing (CHRS), HSSOE Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering.
