Planning, land use and environmental law, use of social science in policy making, legal control of corporate behavior
Research Abstract
Urban planning and law: Local, state, federal comparative and international land use, planning and environmental law. Law and society. Alternative Dispute Resolution and conflict resolution. Organizational response to innovations (legal, management, planning). Specific studies address corporate response to regulation and sanctioning, citizen environmental action, mandatory planning requirements, and transportation system impacts. Investigations undertaken by means of legal and social science methods. Member, Focuses Research Group in International Environmental Coorperation.
