Research Abstract
Dr. Tang’s research interest is in the area of biochemical pharmacology and the molecular genetic basis of human personality. Specifically, the research involves using biochemical and genetic methods to study the mechanism of action of antidepressant drugs at the receptor and intracellular signal transduction level, and the role of serotonin in certain personality traits and temperaments.
