Dr. Rosener lectures worldwide on gender and management issues, cultural diversity, and business and government. She is frequently quoted in the nation's major business and consumer media.

Professor Rosener authored "Ways Women Lead," a breakthrough study on female management styles published in Harvard Business Review (November/December, 1990). She co-authored Workforce America! Managing Employee Diversity as a Vital Resource and is author of America's Competitive Secret: Women, to be published by Oxford University Press in early 1995.
